Job Trainer - Free training courses
All Job Trainer Funded Positions have been filled.
In response to coronavirus (COVID-19), the Northern Territory (NT) Government and the Australian Government are jointly funding a range of courses to give you practical skills for work. These courses are open to Territorians who meet the relevant eligibility criteria.
Rowe Training has been approved to provide three courses under the Job Trainer Funding.
CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
CHC50121 Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
CHC40313 Certificate IV in Child Youth and Family Intervention
All Job Trainer Positions have been allocated for 2022.

Who can apply
For the Early Childhood Courses
You can apply if you are:
- an NT resident
- an Australian citizen or have permanent residency
- have the skills and capabilities to undertake training and to actively engage in employment.
For the Child, Youth and Family Intervention Course you will need to meet the above points and also:
You can apply if you're:
- a job seeker - an individual who is out of work
- receiving an income support payment - find out more on the Services Australia website
- underemployed - employed on a casual or part time basis, and working less than 35 hours per week, and willing and able to work additional hours
- a school leaver or young person - 17 to 24 years old regardless of employment status
NT Government COVID-19 vaccination requirements
From 25 December 2021, vaccination requirements apply to
Funding recipients.
